1. Who Can Use NcBose.com
These terms apply to doctors, healthcare providers, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, patients, and all visitors using the platform.
2. Information Provided by Users
All users are responsible for the accuracy of information and documents submitted on the platform. NcBose does not guarantee that user-submitted information is genuine, complete, or correct.
If any user provides fake, misleading, or incorrect information, NcBose is not responsible for any legal or regulatory consequences resulting from such submissions.
3. Suspension or Termination of Services
If submitted information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, or is reasonably suspected to be so, NcBose may suspend or discontinue services at its discretion.
4. Appointments, Calls, and Practitioner Interaction
If users use telephonic or communication services through the platform, relevant interaction details may be stored and shared with practitioners in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Practitioner listings should not be treated as endorsements or recommendations. NcBose does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
NcBose is not responsible for:
- Issues arising from interactions between users and practitioners
- Practitioner conduct, capability, or availability
- Wrong medication, improper treatment, or negligence
- No-shows, cancellations, reschedules, or fee changes
- Misconduct by practitioners or staff
5. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
AI-generated outputs are informational and not a substitute for clinical judgment. Final diagnosis and prescription decisions remain the responsibility of qualified doctors.
- AI output is not medical advice
- AI suggestions must be reviewed by a licensed doctor
- NcBose is not liable for decisions based only on AI output
6. Intellectual Property
Content, branding, designs, and software on NcBose belong to NcBose or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
NcBose is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
8. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
